The Legend of the Narai God of the Milk Ocean.
According to ancient legend, the Narai God asked the demons to help to churn the Ocean of Milk at the centre of the universe. The Gods and demons gathered on the shores of the ocean and together they placed Mount Mandara, the tallest mountain in the world, in the ocean as a churning rod. Then they wrapped a snake around the mountain to stir the herbs used to produce the Amrit elixir.
